Candidate Selection - All candidates will be interviewed against your agreed competencies. We will only submit candidates when we are sure they are right for the vacancy, and are committed to a career with you. We will only supply CVs of sufficient quality to ensure you are not inundated with CVs.
Candidate Commitment Testing - We ensure all candidates have visited a number of your stores and have completed an analysis on you before submitting their details.
Expectation Management - We will only take on an assignment if we are confident we can deliver to you with regards to volume and candidate ability.
Post Placement Tracking - We will typically contact candidates at intervals after any placement to see how they are settling into and performing in their new career. This information can help you with regards to your retention strategy, and also allows us to modify our selection procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure any candidates we place are performing well against their peer group
Post Placement Reviews - We conduct post placement reviews after every assignment, asking you and the candidates alike to rate our services. We believe that this feedback is essential for us to continue to develop our service offering and continue to offer the highest standards in the recruit sector.
