Internet Advertising: Marshall Stewart are represented on every major internet job board, from the specialist retail sites such as Inretail, to the more general sites including Jobsite.

Conventional Media: On occasions, our clients may wish to run adverts in the retail media or national newspapers. We are experienced in handling the responses from these campaigns. We have handled branded and non-branded adverts for many of the UK's largest retailers.

Passive Candidate Database: This comprises of high calibre candidates who whilst not actively job hunting are interested in having specific opportunities flagged up to them. As 'passive job seekers' these candidates do not tend to look at recruitment advertising.

Bespoke Client Database: Designed around a client's specific recruitment needs, this enables us to provide a pre-screened pool of candidates when you are ready to recruit.

Active Database: Comprising candidates registered through the various conventional and online media.

Referrals: We actively seek referrals from all candidates, as this may identify candidates who are passive job seekers, and therefore not registered with our competitors.

Head Hunting: Our resource team specialise in identifying those candidates with potential who have the ability to make a difference to our clients. They are experienced in approaching candidates from all levels from supervisors to Managing Directors.
